
It's semi-official: Governor Jerry Brown's plan to fix California is being
reported in the Sacramento Bee today. Here are the nuts and bolts of the plans:
Yeah, that's pretty much it, actually. Post-cuts, the idea is to have a special election in June, to ask voters to approve revenue increases in order to restore services. Deep, across-the-board cuts might make you nervous, but here's why I'm on board:
finally a plan with guts. At least Jerry's playing for keeps.
